Below is Eastern AHECs general cancellation and refund policy.
Please note that some events may have different policies.
Participants are encouraged to read program information for each brochure.

If you register early and subsequently cancel, a full refund will be made through the date indicated on
the brochure.
No refunds will be made after that date, although a substitute may attend. We would
appreciate advance notification of any substitutes so that appropriate materials may be prepared in
the individual's name.

If you register, do not attend, and do not cancel by the deadline indicated on the brochure, you or
your agency will be billed for the full amount of the registration fee.

Please note that any outstanding balances may affect your ability to register for future programs.
