Eastern AHEC offers a broad range of education and outreach services in support of quality and practice improvement initiatives. Eastern AHEC is committed to helping transform the way healthcare is delivered; by assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in developing the tools, systems and support needed to provide consistently high quality care to all patients, all the time; in support of improved health outcomes. We can assist providers in accomplishing all facets of a quality improvement project, including:

  • Data collection and assessment
  • Project implementation and training
  • Outcomes measurement and evaluation
